SKINS SHOP REWORK #
The Skin shop system has been completely reworked.
- For each skin available in the shop, you will be able to select which category size you want for that skin (you can have each skin as Small, Medium or Large).
- For each skin available in the shop, you will be able to select a scaling percentage, from a bit smaller, to a bit bigger (the real percentage will vary based on the standard scaling of each single appearance).
Skin Tokens cost adjustments: #
- The cost in Skin Tokens for a skin with its default creature category size will be the same you were used to.
- The cost in Skin Tokens for a skin with a custom creature category size will be 100x the default cost for normal skins, and 2x the default cost for skins which have a default cost higher than 500 Skin Tokens (donors skins).
- Example1: Human skin, medium (default) category size – costs 500 Skin Tokens.
- If you want that same skin with a Small or Large category size, it will cost 50.000 Skin Tokens (100x default price).
- Example 2: Aribeth Evil skin, medium (default) category size – costs 10.000 Skin Tokens.
- If you want that same skin with a Small or Large category size, it will cost 20.000 Skin Tokens (2x default price).
- Example1: Human skin, medium (default) category size – costs 500 Skin Tokens.
- The scaling option, no matter which you pick (slightly smaller or slightly bigger), won’t affect the price of a skin, only the category size does.
More details on Skins purchases #
- When you purchase a skin, you will receive a Skin Item on your inventory, with that specific skin data in it. You can store or trade your skin items at will.
- To apply the skin stored in a Skin Item, simply use that item with the character to which you want the skin to be applied.
- You can remove a custom skin you have purchased without losing it anymore.
- With your Player Menu you can remove a custom skin you have, and the system will generate a Skin Item with all your custom Skin data in it.
- On a Complete Character Re-roll, if a Custom Skin is found, the system will ask you to remove and store the custom skin item before being able to proceed.
How to purchase a Custom Skin: #
- Skins can be purchased with the in-game currency Skin Tokens.
- You can and test all available skins for free in our super Test zone!
- On the real Nordock world, you will have to head to Mulrok Island, and from there enter the new Skins Shop.
How to get Skin Tokens: #
- For all the skins and combinations available in the shop, you can decide to farm your way into a specific skin by simply playing the game and acquiring in-game tokens, which are naturally acquired by completing dungeons and quests.
- You can also donate to receive a specific amount of Skin Tokens on our new official donations shop.
ADOH Official donations shop re-opened: #
- The ADOH donations shop has been re-opened! You can now donate to receive Skin Tokens which you can use to purchase in-game appearances.
- You can also donate to receive some unique services, such as a one-time character complete re-roll, or a one-time character name changer. More services will be added in the future!
CREATURE SIZE ADJUSTMENTS #
Restored the Vanilla Creatures Size bonus/malus rules, for which:
- Tiny Size gets +2AC and +2AB (size not used on ADOH)
- Small Size gets +1AC and +1AB
- Large Size gets -1AC and -1AB
- Huge Size gets -2AC and -2AB (size only used by some polymorph shapes, like dragons)
BIGBY HANDS SPELLS REWORK #
- We have thought for long how to better balance these spells. Due to their unique characteristics, they have always been hard to deal with.
- These changes aim at reducing their dominance on the battlefield, and at simplify the way they work, and how you build around them.
- NOTE: we will keep updating these spells based on logs, statistic and your feedback if necessary.
All changes can be found on the Spells & Abilities list sheet.
MOUNT SPEED LIMIT IN DUNGEONS #
In last patch we have enabled the possibility to use Mounts inside of Dungeons.
- While we like to be able to build characters around a the Mounted Combat feats, the increased speed from the mount itself could be a problem in terms of balance inside the dungeons.
- To prevent problems, we have added a speed limit when mounting inside of dungeons.
- While inside of dungeons, the maximum speed while mounted will be the same you have while under the Haste effect.
