Specifics: At 10th level, an arcane archer can enchant an arrow twice per day + 1 each 10 Arcane Archer levels, that forces a target, if damaged by the arrow, to make a fortitude save or be slain.
The DC scales with Arcane Archer level: 10 + Intelligence Modifier + 1/2 Arcane Archer levels.
