Heal Potions

1. You can use a Full Healing Potion only once each 1.5 rounds (9 seconds).
2. This affects Full Healing potions only.
3. If you try to use a Full Healing Potion right after the first, you won’t be healed, and the used potion is restored. 

NOTE:

1. This DOES NOT affects Full Healing Spells and/or Minor Healing Potions/Spells.
