FAST CAST ROD:

1. It stores metamagic spells now

GATE SPELL ADJUSTMENT:

1. If the caster is not protected against evil, a visual effect is applied and half of current damage is dealt as magic damage, instead of summoning an hostile Balor

PVP ADJUSTMENTS:

1. It is not possible to attack a player which hasn’t been disliked
2. It is not possible to cast spells against players which haven’t been disliked
3. Adjusted notifications to parts involved in the like/dislike process
4. Added many more logs

NEW AREAS:

1. Added Gorgoroth Cave Mini Low LVL Dungeon
2. Added Glondar Crypt Mini Low LVL Dungeon
3. Added Misty Island Black Magic Leveling Areas
4. Added Misty Island Black Magic Mini 21+ LVL Dungeon

OTHER:

1. HIPS CD reduced at 9 seconds (down from 12)
2. Enabled Mulrok Christmas Arena
3. Snow will fall into all outdoor areas
