Patch Note October 19, 2020

Player CD is now applied only on final dungeon stage

Dungeons Global Cooldown reduced to:

1. RAID reduced to 2h
2. 40 reduced to 1h
3. 21+ reduced to 1h
4. 15+ reduced to 30 minutes

Also:

1. Automatic ammo reload function now considers our custom item level restriction
2. Slightly reduced RAID loot
3. Adjusted ammo item level restriction
4. Added many more sanity checks on item events
