Re-level a Character

If you need to re-level your character, you can do that in the area called Castle Glendario.

Castle Glendario can be reached from different places. Each faction capital has a portal leading to this area. Another portal is located in Mulrok Village (Get to Mulrok Island first, either by boat or by a portal, if you are an Underdark Faction).

Character Partial Re-level #

As a dialogue option, you will have the chance to store part of your character experience (XP), to be able to downgrade your level, and you that experience again later to change your character progression:

1. Stored Experience will persist even after reboots. It is all stored in our databases.
2. This experience will be available to the original character that stored it only!
   • You cannot withdraw this experience with a different character. To do that instead, you need the Complete Character Re-roll feature.
3. When you ask to have the experience back with that same character, you will receive half of what you have deposited (50% is taken as a fee for this service).
4. You can use this service as many times as you want.

Character Complete Re-roll #

It is possible to completely re-level a character (aka re-roll), by storing up to 780.000 of its experience (XP), to your account wide XP Balance:

1. Everyone, by default, have 1 free use of this service.
   • If needed, additional re-rolls can be obtained from in-game drops, special events, or via our official donations store.
2. If you have a custom skin equipped on this character, you must remove it first, and store it on your Personal Vault before proceeding.
   • To remove an equipped custom skin from a character, use your Player Menu, and select the option.
3. If you have some gold on the character being re-rolled, it will be automatically stored in your in-game Bank Account.
4. If you have a Premium Race, its cost in Tokens will be automatically refunded.
5. Alignment changes payed in Tokens used on this character are not refunded.
6. All your progress with our GTS crafting system on this character is not refunded. We are working towards a solution, but it is not ready yet.
7. This service won’t store your items automatically, and you won’t be allowed to proceed if you will have some items on your character.
   • Be sure to store all of your character items into your Personal Vault before proceeding.
8. At this point, the service will store up to 780.000 experience from your character into your account wide XP Balance. The exceeding experience will be converted to Boss Tokens, at a rate of 100.000 XP for 1 Boss Token.
9. In the end, the re-roll service will permanently delete the character used.
10. You can now log back in with a new character, and begin to claim your XP!
