Vengeful Items #
Each wearable item, weapon or shield that can be dropped from a dead creature OR looted from a chest has a small percentage chance to become VENGEFUL.
- A vengeful item will be renamed and will look like this: “[VENGEFUL] Item Name”.
- A vengeful item will have one existing property improved, or can have a completely new property added.
- Socketable Gear doesn’t have any property updated when updated to Vengeful. The upgrade will make you benefit from a superior Set Bonus though.
- Any item (exception for crafted items) can be updated and gain the Vengeful status by talking to the Epic Zone NPC in Castle Glendario and selecting the “VENGEFUL Options” conversation.
Updating an item to Vengeful has a Boss Token fee, which varies depending on the tier of the item and the number of copies of the item you have in your inventory (which will be consumed in the process):
Item tier | 2 copies | 4 copies |
Nordock Craft | 5 BTs | – |
Socketable (Green) | 25 BTs | – |
Normal (White) | 400 BTs | 200 BTs |

- Vengeful items will provide a better Set Bonus! They can also be mixed up together (even if not from the same “set”), to create a Vengeful basic item set bonus. For example, a vengeful socketable ring, a vengeful nordock ring and a vengeful belt of the performer will grant the generic set bonus if worn together.
